Bloom is operated by Liss cooper ("we", "us"). We act as the data controller for personal data collected through the Service.

• Usage & device data (page views, browser type, IP address) — to keep the Service secure and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing preferences (only if you opt in) — to send you product updates. Legal basis: consent.

Payment card details are collected directly by Stripe and never reach our servers. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

3. Who we share data with

• Stripe, Inc. — our payment processor for checkout, payment authorization, fraud prevention, invoicing, and refunds.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to host the Service and store data securely.
• Analytics providers — to measure aggregate usage of the Service.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

4. International transfers

If you are in the UK or EEA and your data is transferred outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
