Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 16, 2026
1. Who we are
Bloom (the "Service") is operated by Liss cooper ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Service — not medical advice
Bloom is an informational lifestyle companion providing trimester-based educational content, checklists, and trackers. Bloom is not a medical service, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Any information about food, fit, wellbeing or the body is general educational content only. Always consult your doctor, midwife or qualified provider about your pregnancy, symptoms and medical decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. You use Bloom at your own discretion and risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- Distribute malware, probe, scan, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute Bloom content without written permission;
- Circumvent any access controls or technical limits.
4. Intellectual property
All content, design, text, graphics, meal plans, and software in Bloom are owned by Liss cooper and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bloom for your personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Payments
Payments for Bloom are processed by Stripe Payments. When you check out, your payment details are collected and handled by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy, available at stripe.com/legal/consumer and stripe.com/privacy. We never see or store your full card details.
Bloom is sold as a one-time purchase for lifetime access. Prices are shown in the checkout in your local currency where supported. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. See our pricing and refund policy.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
7. Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
