Bloom, operated by Liss cooper, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, contact our support team with the email address you used at checkout and your order date. We will approve eligible requests and issue the refund through Stripe back to your original payment method.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. The refund is issued to the original payment method.
